Pricing & billing
How much does a server cost?
Pricing is per-game and per-tier, billed monthly. Terraria starts at $10/mo for vanilla and goes up to $20/mo for content mods like Calamity or Thorium. See each game's page for the full tier list.
Is billing per-server or per-account?
Per-server. Each server you create has its own subscription, so if you only want one world, you only pay for one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard and your server keeps running until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You can also "Remove now" if you want it gone immediately — same effect on billing, but the server stops right away.
What's your refund policy?
See /refunds for the full version. Short answer: refunds and credits are available at our discretion for billing errors, accidental renewals, and technical failures preventing service delivery.
Games & mods
Which games do you support?
Terraria is live today with multiple tiers including the Vanilla+, Thorium, and Calamity mod packs. Valheim, Factorio, and Project Zomboid are on the way.
Can I install my own mods?
Each tier ships with a curated mod set we test and support. We don't currently allow arbitrary mod uploads — the goal is a server that works on Friday night, not a config you have to debug. If there's a specific mod you want, email support@stayawhile.gg.
Worlds & saves
What happens to my world if I cancel?
We keep your world save in archive storage. If you re-subscribe to the same game later, you can restore the old save onto a new server with one click.
Can I download my world save?
Save download is on the roadmap. Until then, email support@stayawhile.gg and we'll send you the file.
Connecting & playing
How do my friends connect?
Each server gets a stable address like myworld.handle.g.stayawhile.gg:32417. Paste that into the game's multiplayer menu — your friends don't need accounts with us.
Do I need to be online for my friends to play?
No. The server runs on our infrastructure, not your computer. Once it's started, your friends can join whenever, independent of you.

How do I sign in?
Discord sign-in is live today. Google is coming soon. We don't store passwords.
